Steve’s recovery: How a sports massage from Zoe made a difference
“I am an active person who very much considers himself an amateur runner, regularly taking part in park runs and 5k and 10ks.
I booked myself in with Zoe last minute to seek advice and support regarding a long-standing injury that I attributed to running. Zoe was very flexible, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable.
We had an initial consultation where she then highlighted areas of improvement for me in terms of my posture as well as lifestyle advice. She then proceeded to treat and massage the affected area, in this case, my lower back, I also had tightness in my legs which I attributed to not stretching enough which Zoe also again identified.
She then provided a very deep back and leg massage which helped clear the knots and stiffness in both affected areas. I was sore but I already felt the benefit as soon as I got off the treatment table. I felt less stiff as well as having a more thorough understating of why the issues I had occurred through Zoe identifying these through the consultation and the treatment she provided.
Would highly recommend Zoe to anyone who wants knowledgeable advice, support, and treatment to relieve the body of injuries, tension, or stress. My body is now able to function a lot better based on the intervention and advice that Zoe provided. Highly recommend.”
