Where and when
Sports massages are offered as a mobile service in and around the Staffordshire area including Rugeley, Cannock, Lichfield and Stafford. New premises in Armitage coming soon.
First appointments are 1 hour and follow-up appointments are either half an hour or an hour depending on your assessment.
Appointments can be booked through our online system - bookings are available
Mondays 11am to 7pm
Tuesdays 9am to 5pm
Wednesday 11am to 7pm
Thursdays 9am to 5pm
Fridays 11am to 7pm
Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Before you book
Before you attend your sports massage, you’ll need to complete a pre-assessment questionnaire to capture your details, medical history, and the reason for booking a sports massage.
At your appointment please wear loose-fitted clothing – preferably shorts and a t-shirt. You may be asked to remove the top half if you require treatment on your back. Privacy and dignity will be provided at all times.
