Jenny’s testimonial: Bouncing back stronger with Zoe’s help
At the end of 2024, my packed marathon schedule and increased speed led to my first injury since 2018—a strained calf. With a race planned for January, I needed to recover quickly but safely. That’s when I turned to Zoe.
From the moment I contacted her, Zoe was brilliant. She saw me straight away, thoroughly assessed my injury, and provided targeted sports massage—focusing not only on my injured calf but also on my other leg, which had been compensating.
